Today we are breaking the loop! Think back to Therapy 101. You have a thought, then you have a feeling about that thought, then you act based on that feeling. We do this all day long.
I think, it's time to at least look at our thoughts and feelings so we can catch ourselves in this loop. We're pulling in topics like endurance athletics, overcoming trauma, and making progress toward happiness.
