You could be doing everything right: showing up for yourself, showing up for those around you, and you still are going to just have days where you fall down. I mean this figuratively of course, be I actually do share a story today about literally falling down , so you should know that happens, too! It happens to all people, no matter their race, marital status or socio-economic background. It happens to remind us of two things. The first is to be grateful and the second is to be kind.
